Fred Scenna is the co-founder and chief officer of Souder Scenna Accounting in Limerick, Pennsylvania. He is a CMA and Enrolled Agent who specializes in business entrepreneurship and financial management analysis.
With over twenty years of operational and financial management experience, and having worked for Fortune 500 Hundred Companies and mom-and-pop shops alike, Fred has become an expert in detecting the costly inefficiencies that hold businesses back – and the profit-increasing solutions that move them forward.
John Souder has over 30 years experience in Full Service Accounting and Tax Preparation for Individual, Partnership, Corporate, Estates and Trust accounts. Other services that John provides include Management Services, IT Systems, Start-Up Business Planning, and Investment Guidance.
From 1969 to 197, John was employed by Fry, Kimmel, and Falconiero & Co., (currently known as Maile, Falconiero), which was a Certified Public Accounting firm in the local area. Starting as a Junior Accountant and eventually promoted to Staff Accountant, John was responsible for the managing of audits and for the implementation of all systems.
John was the CEO of Data Inc. a Payroll Service Bureau from 1991 - 2001. In a period of 10 years in which John was CEO, he grew the client base of Data Inc. from 50 businesses to more than 300.
Data Inc. was contracted by Whitemarsh Valley Country Club as acting manager and was responsible for golf operations, food and beverage services, facilities, membership, management of all staff, and financial reporting. In the fall of 2001, Data Inc. was acquired by ADP Payroll Inc.
Currently an Enrolled Agent, John is authorized to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. He regularly represents his clientele on Income Tax cases, as well as on Pennsylvania Sales Tax problems.

LaSalle University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Graduated in June 1969 with a Bachelor of Science – Accounting. A Major in Accounting and Minor in Philosophy.
